Mosaic North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will drive sourcing, screening, and hiring processes to fulfill staffing needs and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and leverage data to improve recruiting outcomes. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
