Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing through multiple channels, screening candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
