Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction preferred.
• Knowledge of EEO, AAP, and OFCCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide talent acquisition solutions and market insight to meet growth plans.
• Own and lead sourcing strategies to increase qualified candidate pools.
• Educate internal stakeholders on job descriptions, outreach, EVP, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department leadership to plan staffing resources.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience.
• Participate in projects to improve internal recruitment processes.
