Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee EPC contracts during pre-construction and execution. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to job sites and close collaboration with project leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams.

You will identify risk, draft notices, and manage change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining contractual compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction contract requirements, contract change conditions, claims analysis and negotiations.
• Experience with change orders, cost estimates and time impact analyses.
• Proficiency in Viewpoint, Procore and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts and draft notices in line with contract requirements.
• Support contract terms review after award and before mobilization.
• Draft notices to subs and suppliers regarding performance and matters.
• Participate in regular project team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Advise on contractual changes, monitor changes and claims through resolution.
• Support insurance claim administration and project closeout activities.
• Capture lessons learned and report during Close Out Phase.
