WeTravel empowers multi-day and group travel companies with a comprehensive booking and payments platform. Our team plays a critical role in bringing in the right talent to support our growth.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own hiring for our Commercial and Customer Experience teams (and other non-tech roles) across the US, LATAM, and APAC regions. You will manage high-volume roles and contribute to broader talent initiatives like employer branding and process improvements.
We work closely with hiring managers as trusted advisors, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Everyone on the team is empowered to identify bottlenecks, optimize tools (especially in our ATS, Ashby), and evolve our hiring playbook as we grow.
We value speed, collaboration, and a high-quality, human candidate experience. We leverage smart tools and automation to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement. While managing pipelines and projects individually, we share knowledge and support each other in scaling WeTravel.
