Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles – primarily in Finance and Technical Support – partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top-tier talent. You’ll lead recruitment efforts with a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from job posting to offer acceptance.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, events, etc.) to engage top-tier passive and active talent
- Oversee the HS1 internship program end-to-end, including candidate communications, recruiting, program structure, mentorship coordination, and performance feedback
- Provide hiring data and insights regularly (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates)
- Create a positive and engaging experience for candidates across all stages of the recruitment process
- Uphold compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and internal documentation standards
- Facilitate structured hiring practices by organizing interview plans, collecting timely feedback, and aligning hiring teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting them with scorecards, debriefs, and data-driven decision-making

QualificationsWhat You Will Have- 1 - 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or candidate sourcing experience
- Proven success hiring and/or sourcing for a variety of roles
- Consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, support, and be a strategic partner to hiring managers at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and ready to go the extra mile to deliver results
- Balances multiple recruiting priorities with responsiveness and attention to detail
- Passionate about strategic recruitment that drives long-term fit, team success, and high standards in performance, retention, and cultural alignment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, JazzHR and Workday are a plus
Nice to Haves- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in SaaS organizations
- Background in university and campus recruiting
- Familiarity with the Predictive Index assessment
The posted range for this position is
$55,000 - $68,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
