About the Job

Abound Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Star Pediatrics Division. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment of top-tier talent specifically for our Star Pediatrics team, with a strong focus on high-volume nurse recruitment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your creative sourcing expertise and marketing insights to attract exceptional candidates who are passionate about pediatric care and to further elevate the Star Pediatrics employer brand. This role is remote working East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source & engage potential nurse candidates dedicated to pediatric care through various platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and relevant social media channels.
  • Strategically utilize social media channels and marketing principles to enhance the visibility of the Star Pediatrics employer brand and promote specific job opportunities within the division.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future nurse hiring needs within Star Pediatrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local universities, nursing schools, and other educational institutions in the New Jersey area to attract nursing students, alumni, and early-career professionals interested in pediatrics.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring teams within Star Pediatrics to thoroughly understand specific hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing and branding materials that highlight the unique opportunities and culture within the Star Pediatrics Division to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years high volume recruitment experienced required. Preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience or a strong understanding of applying marketing or graphic design principles to enhance recruitment branding initiatives is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through diverse online platforms and social media channels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage candidates and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically to achieve recruitment objectives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

Our annual base salary range is $55,000 - 65,000

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
