Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruiting for internal and external candidates. The role emphasizes automation, standardization, and data-driven hiring decisions to improve outcomes.

Temporary 6-month assignment partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent, improve processes, and enhance the candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Generate and extend offers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in HRIS/ATS systems.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate internal hiring activities including promotions, transfers, and new hires.
