Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruiting across our locations. The role offers flexibility with contract, temporary, or 1099 arrangements and a full-time schedule for eligible hires, with options for remote work.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, consult managers, and deliver candidate summaries while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong partnerships with business leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting – from sourcing to screening to guiding candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques (direct outreach, job boards, social media, networking) to attract high-quality candidates nationwide.
• Consult hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring alignment across our 390+ locations.
• Drive efficiency in hiring, proactively managing requisitions and staying ahead of market trends.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills.
• Present structured, well-documented candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic talent insights.
• Utilize the ClearCompany ATS and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Promote a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture that aligns with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience (3+ years preferred), in a high-volume environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
• High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
