Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is expanding its national recruiting capability and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, technical, and leadership roles. This onsite role in West Omaha, NE requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and strategic partnership with hiring leaders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, excellent stakeholder management, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearCompany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting corporate, professional, technical, specialized, or leadership talent.
• Ability to work onsite in West Omaha, NE five days per week.
• Strong passive sourcing skills and consultative partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, leadership roles from intake to offer.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and success profiles.
• Develop targeted candidate profiles and sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and social platforms.
• Build pipelines and perform talent mapping for current and future needs.
• Conduct structured interviews and translate evidence into hiring recommendations.
• Advise on compensation, market conditions, and search strategy with leaders.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to align with business priorities.
