WithersRavenel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and help shape the firm's future. You will lead strategic sourcing, build pipelines for technical and leadership roles, and support managers with full-cycle recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including passive recruiting (AEC/civil engineering preferred).
• Proven track record building and managing pipelines for hard-to-fill, technical, and leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, talent mapping, cold outreach).
• Strong communication, professionalism, discretion, urgency, organization, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced sourcing strategies to uncover top talent on market, actively or not.
• Build diverse pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define ideal profiles and support full-cycle recruiting.
• Conduct screens and qualifying interviews, coordinate interviews, and move candidates efficiently.
• Promote WR’s culture and employer brand via outreach, social media, and relationship-building.
• Provide talent insights and analytics to influence hiring decisions.

What you will do:

• Lead advanced sourcing strategies to uncover top talent both actively and not actively on the market
• Build deep, diverse talent pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to define ideal profiles and support full-cycle recruiting
• Conduct screens and qualifying interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate movement
• Promote WR’s culture and employer brand through outreach, social media, and relationship-driven engagement
• Provide talent insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing analytics to influence hiring decisions

Requirements
