  • Build proactive candidate pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring process in partnership with Hiring Managers and local HR.
  • Help leaders improve interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection practices.
  • Support the identification and development of high-potential employees for future opportunities.
  • Partner with management on effective onboarding and training plans for new hires and monitor early retention.
  • Develop relationships with technical schools, industry organizations, professional associations, and other talent sources.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, social media, career fairs, marketing, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor the competitive talent market and recommend ways for Nextran to remain competitive in attracting and retaining employees.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to track results, including time-to-fill, source of hire, hiring volume, 90-day retention, and bench strength progress.
  • Partner with dealership leadership, HR Business Partners, and Corporate HR on employee engagement and retention opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 4 years of Human Resources and/or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a decentralized or multi-location organization.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and hiring high-quality talent.

  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate pipeline development skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence leaders across multiple functions.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with an ATS and HRIS; ClearCompany and UKG experience is a plus.
