Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Decatur, IL is seeking a Product Support Representative to be the in-field face of the company, building lasting customer relationships, growing parts sales, and connecting customers with the right parts and service solutions. You will own the customer experience and identify opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for quotes and approvals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in automotive-parts sales or related industry.
• Strong communication and people skills to connect with customers and internal teams.
