Nextran Truck Centers is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based at our Orlando dealership to support the Central Florida Region. You will collaborate with dealership and HR leadership to forecast staffing needs, build sustainable pipelines, and improve hiring and retention outcomes.

You will develop strategies for external hiring and internal talent development, recruit for skilled trades, operational, sales, and leadership roles, and leverage networks with schools,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR and/or talent acquisition experience, preferably multi-location.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, technicians, transportation, logistics, or other hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate-pipeline development skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS; knowledge of ClearCompany and UKG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with dealership leaders to identify hiring needs and gaps.
• Develop short- and long-term recruiting strategies.
• Source, recruit, screen, and help select qualified candidates for a range of roles.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Manage recruiting and hiring in partnership with Hiring Managers and local HR.
• Improve interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection practices.
