Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner recruits, selects, and develops talented, diversified professionals for Caris Life Sciences. Identifies candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles in a growing healthcare organization with multiple locations and lines of business.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and coordinate placement of top talent for leadership (exempt and non-exempt).
- Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment process and market trends.
- Partner with leaders on offer strategy (salary recommendations, total rewards, closing approaches).
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from engagement through onboarding.
- Coordinate onsite interviews with the leadership team and provide follow-up.
- Manage multiple job requisitions across various metropolitan locations.
- Participate in full-cycle recruiting.
- Continuously improve TA processes, tools, and practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 5+ years Talent Acquisition with strategic recruiting.
- 5+ years recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g., Life Sciences, Sales, Lab Ops, Customer Service, Scientific, IT, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal).
- 2+ years using Workday as an ATS.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions; consultative recruiting support.
- Experience sourcing multiple sources and building talent pipelines.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems; working knowledge of internet for business.

- Bachelor’s degree (related field).
- Process-driven environment experience.
- Proactive problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information tactfully.
- Manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting timelines and quality under pressure.
Physical Demands/Other
- Sit/stand for long periods; repetitive motion; crouching/bending to retrieve files; lift up to 15 lbs.
- Willingness to work shift work and overtime.
