Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience using applicant tracking or sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Experience using HR systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through channels including social media, job boards, and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling.
• Develop hiring strategies and marketing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
• Audit job requisitions for accuracy in the creation process.
