Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to translate role requirements into hiring plans.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes and conduct meaningful candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with managers on feedback and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and share updates with stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiations and smooth candidate transitions.
