Job summary

Omnicom Corporate is seeking a Senior Recruiter Analyst to drive strategic recruiting initiatives through data analysis and workforce insights. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify talent needs, shape sourcing strategies, and monitor recruiting performance to improve hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting knowledge with analytical skills and can translate recruiting data into actionable recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR analytics, or related function.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and TA processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and HR data experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using ATS and professional networks.
• Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Prepare recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the recruiting process.
• Monitor activity and ensure efficient progression of positions through hiring.
• Conduct market research to support workforce planning and strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and business leaders on talent projects.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and evaluate TA programs.
