You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Ability to understand hiring needs and identify candidates who fit the role and team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Proactive problem-solving, follow-ups, and meeting hiring timelines.
• Experience with recruitment tools and professional networking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities needed for success.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Review resumes and have meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, career goals, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, align expectations, and keep the hiring process moving.
• Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and valued, regardless of the outcome.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiations and help ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
• Look for ways to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly.
