Job summary

Omnicom Production LLC is seeking a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find the right opportunities. You will build relationships with hiring managers, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience.

You’ll manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics while maintaining a strong pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships.
• A good understanding of sourcing techniques, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• The ability to understand hiring needs and identify candidates who are a good fit for both the role and the team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, follow-ups, and meeting hiring timelines.
• Comfort working with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
• Good judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality.
• A fair and thoughtful approach to evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities needed for success.
• Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding coordination.
• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Review resumes and have meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, goals, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, align expectations, and keep the hiring process moving.
• Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and valued, regardless of the outcome.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiations and help ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
• Look for ways to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly.
