Job summary

LIFT Academy internship at Republic Airways: join our Talent Acquisition team and gain exposure to recruitment events, campus outreach, and candidate communications. You will tour facilities, collect data, and present information to groups while observing interview processes and supporting recruiters.

The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, business admin, or related fields, with a 3.0 GPA minimum and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Adequate event planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend various outreach and recruitment events.
• Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees.
• Gather data and other information as requested.
• Present company specific information to internal and external groups.
• Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company.
• Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition.
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application.
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required.
