Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

• Proficient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits over training records and data requirements.
• Ensure students are training in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and filter department inbox to ensure quick and accurate responses.
• Assist with planning and facilitating workshops for academic development.
• Work with student and employee engagement.
• Communicate announcements through department.
• Flexible in office environment with fast-paced assignments and routine operations.
