Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Analyst to improve and standardize talent acquisition processes. You will analyze workforce trends, deliver reports, and implement improvements to recruiting operations.

Responsibilities include using statistics to identify staffing needs, reducing time-to-hire, and establishing measurement systems across the enterprise. Collaboration with HR and recruiting teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Use high-level statistics to conduct research, define staffing/workforce trends, analyze root causes of potential problems, deliver workforce analyses, reports, and trends, develop solutions to improve talent acquisition processes.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to understand customer needs and improve performance, such as reducing time-to-hire and improving retention.
• Optimize talent acquisition processes across the enterprise to attract, motivate and retain the best talent.
• Establish talent acquisition processes with tailored procedures to accommodate business needs.
