Job summary

Cactus Wellhead in Houston, TX seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide operational and systems support to the TA Manager and HR leadership, owning requisition posting, ATS data quality, and MSP coordination.

You will administer Cangrade and Fieldglass, maintain workforce data, and serve as the point of contact for onboarding and reporting across HR teams.

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in HR/recruiting coordination or HR operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of HR/recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems is preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and audit skills.

Responsibilities

• Post, update, and close job requisitions in the ATS across all entities.
• Maintain ATS data quality, audit dispositions, aging, and time-to-fill data.
• Administer Cangrade and Fieldglass; support onboarding and reporting.
• Coordinate contingent workforce contracts and NES MSP communications.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to HR leadership.
