JT4, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III to join our Corporate Recruiting Team and support hiring managers and executives across JT4 operating locations.

You will own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer, manage onboarding, and partner with external vendors; travel may be required and a government security clearance is possible.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• ATS system knowledge and maintenance and technical sourcing.
• Data Analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting support from sourcing to position acceptance.
• Manage and execute onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Develop partnerships with recruitment teams, managers, and HR across locations.
