A Talent Acquisition Specialist II supports hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates and fulfill staffing requirements at Edwards AFB, CA. The role includes meeting with managers to determine requirements, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs, and leading the internship program, while navigating government contracts and citizenship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 1
• Experience recruiting for technical positions is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance and maintain U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly recruiting reports and presentations with consistent formatting.
• Meet with hiring managers to identify position requirements and priorities.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate meetings; manage materials.
• Spearhead the annual summer Internship program.
