JT4 LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join its team in Edwards AFB, providing recruitment support for technical positions. This role includes creating recruitment reports, coordinating interviews, and representing JT4 at various career fairs.
A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, alongside excellent communication skills and knowledge of employment laws.
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSWorking under minimal supervision, a Talent Acquisition Specialist II serves as part of the Recruiting Team and provides direct support to hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates and fulfill staffing requirements at Edwards AFB.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will perform the following functions/duties:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university at least two (2) years of related job experience; or equivalent combination of education and formal training.

The expected salary range for this position is $78,300 to $90,000 annually.

JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONSThis position involves work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must occasionally work duty days in excess of ten hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands. This position will require periodic travel.
