Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Recruiting Coordinator to join our Shared Services recruiting team in Omaha, NE, with options for Lenexa, KS or Houston, TX. You will support talent attraction and acquisition, coordinating interviews, travel, and candidate communications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers and TA Advisors to ensure a smooth recruiting process, maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams, and help drive process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, admin support, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive solutions.

Responsabilités

• Schedule candidate interviews and travel across North America using Outlook and Concur, coordinating with Hiring Managers.
• Provide candidate sourcing support for various roles.
• Offer administrative and office support to multiple recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
• Arrange and coordinate in-person and Teams meetings, booking conference rooms as needed.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, candidates and customers.
• Communicate with Recruiters to support talent attraction and acquisition efforts.
• Assist candidates through the recruiting process to ensure they feel informed and supported.
• Source candidates via job boards and various channels.
• Post requisitions, review applications and process offers as requested by TA Advisors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (DOL, EEOC).
