Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction.
• Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its staffing challenges.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
• Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Negotiate offers balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive networking and referrals.
• Leverage social media, niche job boards, and industry events to attract diverse talent.
• Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends and ROI.
• Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends and implement innovative tools and methodologies.
• Champion employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.
