Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Recruiting Coordinator to support its Shared Services recruiting team across North America. This full-time, in-office role focuses on coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and providing administrative support to recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and travel, coordinating across time zones.
• Provide candidate sourcing support for diverse roles.
• Offer administrative and office support to recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate meetings in person and via Microsoft Teams; reserve conference rooms.
• Maintain relationships with peers, managers, candidates and customers.
• Post requisitions, review applications, and process offers with TA Advisors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (DOL, EEOC).
