Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related function.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS and CRM systems preferably Jobvite/Evolve.
• Telecom or Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure recruiting operations run efficiently and consistently.
• Own the ATS and CRM ensuring clean workflows and accurate statuses.
• Create and manage real-time dashboards showing recruiter workload and candidate flow.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.
