Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Traveling Sr. Team Lead to provide leadership and support across multiple customer locations in central Ohio and surrounding areas.

This role involves frequent travel, including overnight assignments, to oversee site teams and ensure adherence to company and customer guidelines. The ideal candidate will lead inspections, coordinate with site leaders, and train inspectors while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• May require the ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed for variable lengths of time and distances.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train to the Site Leader position and flex up to support in this role as needed.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (ie: audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
• Manage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Comply with all TRIGO and site specific customer policies.

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Traveling Sr. Team Lead Position to support multiple customer locations. The ideal candidate will be based in the central Ohio region, with convenient access to Bellefontaine, Marion, Findlay, Ottawa, Marysville and Clyde. This position requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, to provide leadership and operational support across multiple sites.

This is a travel-based position requiring travel assignments throughout the region. We offer a competitive travel benefits package that may include daily per diem, paid travel time, and company-paid transportation and lodging for eligible employees who meet assignment and company requirements.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services/support and by training, developing and motivating team members
