Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume multi-site recruiting.
• Experience coordinating onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite community roles.
• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define needs and profiles.
• Develop and post job listings across LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for role alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Train leadership on interviewing techniques.
