Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with resume screening and interview coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-hire onboarding and managing a requisition load.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, schedule manager interviews, and prepare/extend offer letters.
• Maintain applicant tracking by dispositioning candidates and tracking recruitment/onboarding activity.
• Guide candidates through the pre-hire process and track background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
• Assist recruiters with proactive sourcing support and build relationships with hiring leaders across the organization.
