Job summary

Westmark Credit Union is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to lead and support all recruiting efforts, ensuring a positive candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding. You will promote our employer brand, attract qualified candidates, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions from candidate to employee.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Related or equivalent experience, with strong interviewing, assessment, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or related field with 2 years recruiting/HR experience; or HS diploma with 4 years recruiting/HR experience.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all recruiting efforts across the credit union.
• Ensure positive candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
• Build and promote a strong employer brand and attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientation support.
