Job summary

Westcor Global Inc. is seeking a Talent & Onboarding Partner to lead recruitment and onboarding efforts across the organization. The role collaborates with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define selection criteria, and build diverse pipelines through multiple channels.

You will screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, extend offers, manage onboarding, and ensure compliance. The position requires strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of federal employment laws/procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Experience with corporate/in-house recruiting and talent acquisition processes

Responsibilities

• Administer requisition process with hiring managers
• Create postings in UKG HRIS for vacancies
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Develop external sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines
• Advise managers on interviewing standards and candidate qualifications
• Extend offers and negotiate terms
• Manage new hire documentation and onboarding process
• Coordinate background checks and candidate assessments
• Provide recruitment analytics and regular reports
• Maintain employee files and support changes in HRIS
• Support contractor/temporary worker processes and onboarding
