The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HR experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in HR/Business highly desirable.
• Two to three years of HR experience desired.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an excellent driving record.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; reliable with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process and candidate communications.
• Coordinate attendance at job fairs and community events to source applicants.
• Handle routine HR administrative tasks and onboarding support.
• Maintain personnel records and produce basic recruitment reports.
• Support managers with interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letters.
