Job summary

Lehman Pipe & Supply is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to lead hiring end-to-end across our Miami locations. This hybrid role splits time between recruiting (60%) and HR generalist duties (40%), using HRIS and ADP/PEO to streamline processes and improve the candidate and employee experience.

You will partner with managers to define roles, post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and onboard new hires while ensuring compliance and data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume hourly and skilled roles in distribution, industrial, or multi-site settings.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS and ATS; ADP Workforce Now or another PEO platform strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for hourly, skilled-trade, branch, warehouse, driver, sales and office roles.
• Onboarding: manage new hire experience through the first 90 days, coordinate steps and ensure a smooth start.
• Support HR generalist duties including reporting, employee inquiries, and data maintenance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines and interview panels.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and coordinate with ADP/PEO vendors.
