Lehman Pipe & Supply is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist in a hybrid Miami role. You will own hiring end-to-end, from posting through onboarding, while also supporting day-to-day HR tasks and reporting across branches.

You’ll maintain the candidate pipeline, ensure compliant processes (EEO/I-9/FCRA), automate onboarding where possible, and partner with ADP/PEO for seamless HRIS operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in distribution, industrial, manufacturing or similar multi-site setting.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ADP Workforce Now or similar PEO platform.
• Proven ability to manage a clean, organized pipeline across multiple requisitions.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly, skilled-trade, branch, warehouse, driver, sales and office roles.
• Design and maintain standardized screening, interviewing, rubrics and scorecards across locations.
• Assist with onboarding, onboarding automation and HRIS processes with ADP/PEO coordination.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and support employee inquiries, policy questions and compliance postings.
• Support HR projects, due diligence for acquisitions and maintain accurate employee data.
