Job summary

Lehman Pipe & Supply is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist in a hybrid role in Miami, FL. You will own the full hiring journey from posting to onboarding and also support day-to-day HR activities across locations.

You will manage the candidate funnel, build structured interviewing processes, and partner with managers to align TA strategy with business goals while supporting HRIS and onboarding automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in distribution, industrial, manufacturing or multi-site settings.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS/ATS; ADP Workforce Now or similar PEO platform preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a clean pipeline across many open requisitions.
• Experience building or improving structured screening and interviewing processes.
• Working knowledge of EEO, I-9/E-Verify, FCRA and background checks.
• Comfort with data: tracking metrics and building Excel reports.
• Strong communication, professionalism and organizational judgment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for hourly, skilled-trade, branch, warehouse, driver, sales and office roles.
• Write ads, manage job boards, and coordinate interview loops with managers and leaders.
• Own onboarding: offers, start dates and 90-day new-hire experience.
• Administer onboarding automation and HRIS workflows with ADP/PEO liaison.
• Track TA indicators and suggest improvements based on data.
