Lehman Pipe & Supply is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist in Miami, FL. The role combines 60% talent acquisition with 40% HR generalist duties, improving hiring processes and supporting daily HR operations across branches.

You will manage job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and HRIS tasks, while partnering with the PEO and ADP to ensure a smooth employee experience. This is a hands-on, people-oriented position with cross-location collaboration.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in distribution, industrial, or multi-site settings.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ADP or similar PEO platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience building structured screening and interviewing processes.
• Familiarity with EEO, I-9/E-Verify, FCRA and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition from posting to onboarding for multiple roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire setup with HR and office admins.
• Support HRIS, reporting, and day-to-day employee questions.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain compliant, documented hiring procedures and metrics.
