Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking an Associate/AVP to coordinate HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and background checks. You will advise on bank policies and assist with ad hoc projects, maintaining compliant processes across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and, for AVP, at least four years of HR experience; bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years HR experience for Associate level.
• 4+ years HR experience for AVP level.
• Strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Mandarin preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and conduct HR functions in recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Advise on bank policies and procedures and assist with policy implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of recruiting processes and onboarding documentation.
• Support termination processes and exit procedures, ensuring proper communications and approvals.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed.
