Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting operations, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and new hire logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain recruiting data and assist with reporting to improve workflows.
