You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, advise managers on optimal sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of business verticals and functions.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sensitive searches with high confidentiality.
• Experience with enterprise ATS and labor-law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies across sources.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; screen resumes; utilize ATS and refer qualified applicants.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
• Develop feedback mechanisms with candidates and hiring managers for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
