Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in office, admin, or coordination; recruiting/HR experience a plus.
• Other: Manufacturing experience is a plus; strong computer skills and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with ADP, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office; organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Administration: Post and maintain job requisitions in ADP and assist with posting positions to boards.
• Application Review & Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, advance qualified candidates.
• Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates about status, scheduling, and next steps.
• ADP & Onboarding: Manage ADP workflows, prepare onboarding paperwork, background checks, and drug screens.
• Recruiting Support: Source candidates through approved channels and referrals.
• Job Fairs & Community Outreach: Prepare materials, coordinate supplies for job fairs.
• Reporting & Recordkeeping: Maintain applicant information and update recruiting statuses.
• Process Support: Monitor activities, follow up on outstanding items, communicate delays.
• Other duties as assigned.
