Optical Cable Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruiting across OCC’s three plants. The role focuses on managing ADP workflows, screening candidates, and handling onboarding documentation in collaboration with the HR team.

The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday with flexibility and some overtime available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of prior office/administrative or coordination experience preferred.
• Previous recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Post and maintain job requisitions in ADP and assist with posting positions to other approved boards.
• Review applications against qualifications, conduct initial phone screens, and advance qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates on status and next steps.
• Manage hiring-related ADP workflows, onboarding paperwork, and background checks.
