Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; 1–3 years in HR preferred.
• Experience in aviation environment is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a cohesive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Provide onboarding support and assist in planning company events.
• Prepare materials and manage logistics for recruiting events and swag orders.
• Manage ATS data, generate reports, and maintain HR records with confidentiality.
• Support Global Talent Acquisition projects and HRIS improvements; perform other duties as assigned.
