Ideal for candidates starting a career in recruitment with a strong interest in aviation/aerospace, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior recruiting or HR experience required.
• Willingness to learn ATS, recruiting processes and HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates and managers.
• Supporting onboarding and maintaining candidate records.
