Tom Trese Networking LLC in Dayton, OH seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and modernize recruiting for hourly and salary staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will coach hiring managers, drive process improvements, and lead a dedicated recruiting team from a private office on a weekday schedule.

The role reports to HR leadership, manages internship programs and external partnerships, and focuses on KPIs and compliant interviewing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing talent acquisition management.
• Experience leading recruitment for hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• HRIS experience and proficiency with recruitment tools.
• Strong leadership background and ability to oversee others.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill positions quickly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Promote company as premier employer in the community.
• Lead recruitment efforts and supervise hourly staff.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Standardize interview and onboarding processes.
• Manage open requisitions and report status to management.
• Ensure interviewing compliance with hiring teams.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Improve talent acquisition programs and HRIS usage.
• Manage recruitment budget and contingent service relationships.
• Perform other duties as directed.
