Tricoci Salon & Spa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead day-to-day recruiting operations for field-based and management roles, including Med Spa positions. You will own recruiting systems, execute full-cycle hiring, and provide data-driven insights to leadership while guiding a recruiting team.

The role partners with Field Leadership, Education, and HR to align hiring with business needs, training capacity, and workforce readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years directly managing a team.
• Experience in a service-based, multi-location environment such as beauty, retail, hospitality, or a similar industry preferred.
• Proven ability to use recruiting metrics and data to manage workload, monitor performance, and drive hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems; Teamtailor or similar ATS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and high-volume hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Recruiting team to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and performance.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for management and field-based roles, including Med Spa positions, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview expectations.
• Oversee headcount forecasting and alignment with training capacity.
• Provide regular recruiting updates to leadership and participate in GM meetings.
